Grilled chicken sandwiches

Summer grilling favorite.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts 3 large
  • 4 onion rolls (or any rolls)

Marinade

  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each

Topppings

  • honey mustard sauce
  • bacon
  • sliced beefsteak tomatoes
  • lettuce / greens
  • sliced pickles
  • sliced red onion

Directions

  1. Pound and/or slice breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Prepare bacon.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients in bowl, and marinade chicken for 1–4 hours.
  3. Grill on high heat.
