Grilled chicken sandwiches
Summer grilling favorite.

Ingredients
Chicken
- 1.5 pounds chicken breasts 3 large
- 4 onion rolls (or any rolls)
Marinade
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each
Topppings
- honey mustard sauce
- bacon
- sliced beefsteak tomatoes
- lettuce / greens
- sliced pickles
- sliced red onion
Directions
- Pound and/or slice breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Prepare bacon.
- Combine marinade ingredients in bowl, and marinade chicken for 1–4 hours.
- Grill on high heat.
