Ingredients
Salad parts
- 2-3 heads of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 1 bunch green onions
- shredded carrots
- wonton noodles
- 1 cup mandarin orange slices
- 1/2 cup almond slices (optional)
- 1 cup edamame (optional)
- cooked shredded chicken (optional)
For dressing
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger minced
- 1 tsp. garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. siracha sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions
- Chop vegetables. Combine vegetables and chicken in large bowl
- Mix dressing ingredients
- Pour dressing over salad
